Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped (usually within 24 hours)
Return policy

Normal items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please use the contact form to request a return.* Include the order number if available, or the shipping address.

Due to the unique nature of customized items, returns/refunds/exchanges of these items are not accepted, unless they arrive damaged. Please use the contact form if there is an issue with your item upon receipt.

* Buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Domestic Shipping

Most orders are shipped by the next business day via USPS from North Carolina. If an order is placed before 10am EST it will likely ship the same day!

Larger/Heavier orders may be shipped via UPS.
International Shipping


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Manufacturing

All my products are designed and laser engraved in my workshop. No third party design or printing services are used during the creation process. This ensures that every item you purchase meets my quality and accuracy standards before it goes out the door!
